Dr. KM Loi was a distinguished anti-corruption expert and a passionate advocate for transparency and integrity, whose significant contributions have left a lasting impact on the field of anti-bribery management. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Loi was the founder and President of the Association of Anti-Bribery Management System Practitioners Malaysia (ABMS-MY). His commitment to promoting accountability and ethical practices extended beyond national borders, as he served as Vice-Chair of the Project Committee on ISO 37001 and held leadership roles in Transparency International Malaysia and the UNCAC Coalition.

Dr. Loi’s background in mechanical engineering, coupled with postgraduate management degrees (MBA and DBA), provided a strong foundation for his extensive career in quality consulting, training, and auditing across various industries. His expertise spanned multiple ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 37001, and ISO 45001, allowing him to develop robust governance, integrity, and compliance frameworks.

Throughout his career, Dr. Loi held numerous prominent positions, including Chairman of the National Technical Committee for Environmental Management Systems and Deputy President of Transparency International Malaysia. His work as an accomplished auditor, trainer, and consultant on governance and ethics has significantly advanced the global anti-corruption community. Dr. Loi's dedication to empowering others in the fight against corruption was evident in his collaborative spirit and willingness to share his knowledge.
